Speech-Language Pathologist
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join their innovative team at a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic. This role involves working with children with autism and their families, providing compassionate and creative care. You will have the opportunity to lead therapy sessions, collaborate with a team, and contribute to the development of treatment goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead impactful and engaging 30-minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Complete daily treatment notes and submit progress summaries by the 1st of each due month
Work closely with parents, BCBAs, and fellow professionals to create a collaborative approach to treatment goals
Participate in company training and required professional development
Submit accurate timesheets in line with the Central Reach calendar deadlines
Prepare key reports (initials, re-evaluations, authorizations, AAC) that help drive client care forward
Provide supervision to students, clinical fellows, or new hires when needed
Maintain HIPAA compliance and keep confidentiality a top priority

- Master's degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Pediatric Care
- Pediatrics
- Valid SLP
